Project info and description

Spesup is an ambitious company in the grocery and online shopping industry. The challenge was not only to sell products, but to manage a vast, dynamic catalogue with complex references. We responded to this need by designing a 360° technological solution: from technical data management to final sales, to the creation of an active community on social media.

Main characteristics

We approached the Spesup project with a “systemic” vision, working on three fundamental pillars:

  1. E-commerce Portal Development: We have created a fast, intuitive and optimized marketplace for conversion. The focus was on User Experience (UX), allowing the user to compose their cart in just a few clicks, with a mobile-first interface designed for everyday life.
  2. PIM (Product Information Management) Custom Software: The real engine of the project. We have developed custom PIM software to centralize and optimize the information management of thousands of products. This tool allows Spesup to update prices, descriptions, images, and availability across multiple channels in real time, reducing operational management times and eliminating manual errors.
  3. Social Media Management: We have defined and managed Spesup’s social presence, transforming it into a channel for acquisition and loyalty. Through a dynamic editorial plan, we explained the freshness of the products and the convenience of the service, creating a direct connection with the end consumer.

 

spesup.it is now a scalable and powerful platform, capable of handling high volumes of traffic and data. The integration between the PIM software and the e-commerce portal has made the company extremely agile in its sales processes, while the social strategy has consolidated brand awareness, making Spesup a reliable benchmark for modern spending.
